What is a Fast and Easy way to get a Six Pack?

are you supposed to raise your legs up to work your lower abdominals or keep them on the floor
Get a gym ball and follow the excercises that come with the ball.
In all my years of gymming the excercise ball has worked best for me.
and do lotsa cardio like jogging, bicycle, rowing, treadmill. That is the best way to burn body fat and the less fat you have the better your muscles will be displayed.
so i am snowed in and cant make it to the gym but! we have a treadmill so i decided to work out for awhile. After 30 minutes my abdomen had a warm, tight feeling to it. Is that normal? what is it?
that just means you got a good work out,it’s perfectly normal,a GOOD sign.
Its winter right now and spring is just 3 months away, i want 2 know if i can get a six pack in 3 months by just doing sit-ups and if so how many should i do a day?Or what other work out routines should i do.

My child is about to be two years ago in October I want to have great abs befor she reaches her second birthday. I would like two have great in a month if that is cap-able!!! Im not big at all I just have some baby fat or should I say belly fat. I were a size 7/8 befor I had my child I was were a size 3/4! You are going to need to find a workout routine that is easy for you to stick with. You will also need to make sure that you are working out the 3 areas of your abs (upper abs, lower abs and the abdominal muscles that are on the bottom layer (underneath).
I started to do pilates, and that was working great…. but I am not sure that it will allow you to get to where you want to be in a month. I have been doing variations of traditional exercises, and it is working faster that I imagined it would.
As another user stated, do the crunches that you bring your legs to your chest as you lay on your back. (30 reps daily should be good)
I do another called "stirring the pot"…. lay on your back with your legs straight. Lock your arms straight and hold your hands. You then think of your pelvic area as the pot and pretend that you are stirring with a big stick. Remember to keep your elbows locked and use your shoulders to move. Raise your neck and head slightly if needed. Do this in 6 "stirs" clockwise, and then 6 counterclockwise. !0 reps is a good number on this.
Finally, do a movement that is similar to a push up. You will need to bend your knees, and arms. Use your lower leg and forearms as support for this. Your back should be positioned as a push up. Use your stomach to move you up and down, and touch your nose to the ground. Do 30 of these as well.
Just remember to keep focused and you will do fine. Have fun!
If not how long do they excercise for how many hours a day and how long does it take for them to get those flat abs that most of them have?
Kinda but it costs alot of money. And it can put you into danger if it’s not done right. I suggest you to search for a work out regimen and do that everyday if you can. Refrain from eating fatty foods and eat nutritious foods like fruits and vegetables. Stay avay from vices such as cigarettes and alcoholic drinks.
I do about 150 situps a day and i’m 13 how long until i get a six pack? I’m not really fat, a medium built.
I’m 14 i do 200 in the morning and 200 at night you will start getting the 6 pack after about a month

You need to eat and orange,banana,apple,or any fruit in the morning to keep up matabalism. Sit ups are very efective sometimes simple streaches can help it go faster. You need to eat 6 times a day not just 3 times . Small portions are healthier than stuffing your self. Never eatany thing after 9:00. If you eat fatning foods your body works off the fat first then it works on abbs. WARNING: 8pack abbs are not like a 6pack you have to work to keep the 8 pack. Good luck I hope this helped!!!! ( :
I already can see my 2 upper abs (I can see them clearly), but my middle and my lower abs are not visible yet, I do 30 minutes cardio each day and diet. What else should I do?
There are so many things out there that can help you. The thing you have to do is find what you can commit to and stick with it. It will take some time, but the results will be worth it if you can be consistent.

I am trying to start flattening my stomach and I need a little help. Im not overweight by any means however I do have a pooch and I am trying to get rid of it and loose a little of my extra tummy buldge. I want to all around tighten my stomach. Any suggestions?
jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight

specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
